The Personnel module allows operators to manage personnel records. Personnel records contain information regarding the site's personnel, general employees, contractors, and visitors. A personnel record may have associated credentials, such as badges or logins.
Use an Existing Photo

Go to Management > Personnel.

Select Add.

Enter information into the following required fields:

First name
-
Last name
-
SSN/FIN/ID

Select Import, select the image, then press OK.

To preview the photo, press Next.

Press Finish.
Use a Photo from Image Capture
Note: Image capture is only compatible with 32-bit systems.

Go to Management > Personnel.

Select Add.

Enter information into the following required fields:

First name
-
Last name
-
SSN/FIN/ID

Select Capture. Use the built-in tools to pan, tilt, and zoom to the appropriate location. Once satisfied with the camera settings, press Capture to take a picture. A preview of the picture will be displayed.

To retake the photo, press Capture.

Press Save.

Highlight the image location to be saved in the personnel record.

To preview the photo, press Next.

Press Finish.
