You can configure column visibility and order in most table-based modules.
Note: To save your selections, use the Exit button instead of closing with the X in the corner.

In the toolbar, select Columns.

Next to each column name, toggle the column visibility as needed.

To change the column order, select a column and select Up or Down.

Select OK.

To adjust column width, drag the edge of the column header.

To sort table data by a specific column, select a column header. Data will be sorted in descending order, either alphabetically or numerically. To reverse the order, select the column header again. A directional arrow shows the currently sorted column as well as its direction.
